Missing-Nin
Some of you may want to leave your villages at some point, the requirements of such an action is that you have reached jounin level.
If starting directly at jounin and becoming missing-nin your sheet must be approved by the judges at that level. If it is not then you will have to start as a genin and leave the village when you become able.
When approved you full characters sheet will be put into the bingo book and members of your last village affiliation will be able to hunt and kill you.
Same goes for if you just reached jounin and left, you character is moved into the bingo book and you may be hunted.
