Kisai is quite intelligent for his age. He likes to think over things before doing them, yet sometimes he forgets about thinking and acts reckless wich many people think its due to his still young age. He is known for creating weird plans and the coincidence that they usually work no matter how crazy they are.
Kisai respects powerful people, often not showing it even when he should. He uses his sarcasm to embarrass and piss off many people, usually as a part of his plan. Many people don’t like his little cocky nature, but he doesn’t really care. His always trying to be himself. He understands the human mind and is good at pressurizing people to do things. He uses reversed psychology and many other mind based tricks.
Kisai used to be a reserved individual that done thing alone, he was alone as a child, because his parents died saving the village from a great threat and were famous for it.
He is quite anxious that everybody are comparing him to his parents. Whatever great thing he does, its always because he was their son and not because of his own skills.
That made his quite rebellious and “I will do it on my own and you will only stand in my way” nature. Kisai has grown dramatically lately and from another side of him appeared.
He began to show his interest in female part of the world even if he was ignoring it until now. He also started to grow the confidence in his own skill and aware that people notice his presence, not only as son of his parents but as a talented young shinobi.
He can be a friendly figure when he wants to.
During the combat, Kisai changes a lot, his previous rebelling nature disappears showing tactical (not yet) genius and his difficult to explain plans seem to be useless but really they are great if you contemplate on them for a while. This insane (in both ways) intellect is what made Kisai the Shinobi he is now. Within the battle grounds, he becomes calm but aggressive, never letting it go. He will kill if he has to although he prefers to keep his enemy's alive to get some information out of them. In spars against his friends he is playful yet always trying out new tactics. He enjoys to humiliate his opponent while still learning from them.
Over all Kisai is anxious about his past, little lonely and insane in the good way, but intelligent and very talented young Shinobi.

Hair - White
Eyes - Very dark brown.
Body Build - He is not buffed, but is quite muscular. Bit over the average.
Traits - Kisai always messes up his hair. Its one of his mark signs before the battle. He also has a mark on his palms stating 2 squares sideways.
Clothing - Kisai wears simple clothes. The point is so he can move freely as his speed is quite decent even if his fighting is not based on it..

Weaponry
Kisai doesn’t relay on close range weapons except for a short Katana at his back which he is yet to learn how to use.
He has only 10 kunai 10 shuriken 20 explosive notes and some wire which he uses a lot for his traps.

Combat
Ninjutsu: Mostly Fuuton based jutsu.
Genjutsu: He is quite decent at genjutsu although he likes to make his own variations of them which sometimes are a complete failure.
Taijutsu: He always wanted to learn how to use a Katana but he never got the chance because his parents died before they thought him that skill. He is quite useless at ranged weapons. He knows some Aikido moves which are mainly just blocks and counters such as joint locks so he doesn’t attack, just uses aggressive defense at close range.

*Fuuton • Kaiten Shuriken [Wind Element • Rotating Shuriken]

By imbuing their shuriken with wind chakra, the user can launch them with a ring of cutting wind around them. The shuriken can then be individually controlled because of the chakra put into them.

After bringing their hand to their mouth, the user will then proceed to blowing a large blast of wind from their mouth. It can tear through trees and leave a path through the ground. It can not break through a bolder however, can cause massive bruising and breaking bones.

C-Ranked Ninjutsu
After forming the needed hand-seals, a strong gust of wind will be launched forward at their foe. A weapon can be thrown in the gust to increase its deadliness. This jutsu can also push back foes if within close enough range.

*Fuuton • Kujaku Senpuu [Wind Element • Peacock Whirlwind]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite► Character must possess a sword of any kind.
Fuuton • Kujaku Senpuu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing a sword. The user will swing their sword to create a large whirling gust of wind. This spiraling wind will cut into the opponent with many small but deep cuts.

Suiton • Suihou Kabe Bakuhatsu [Water Element • Bubble Wall Explosion]
B Rank Ninjutsu
Suiton • Suihoi Kabe Bakuhatsu is a jutsu utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Kisai will expel 50 small bubbles, these bubble will form and attach together a meter in front of Kisai, they will create a wall of bubbles around 4ft high and 2ft wide. The bubbles are dense and compact, guarding against C ranked jutsu and defending against up to B ranked Katon jutsu. Kisai added a little twist to it simply by making it out of explosive bubbles. Description: Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servant’s illusion body, usually causing them to multiply.

Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Not much is known about Kisai's childhood. All he can remember is blue light everywhere and very intense pain in his right palm.
He was left in the village by himself at the age of 5 and adopted by a rich shinobi couple who always wanted a child but couldn't. They thought Kisai how to fight from the young age. They died when Kisai started the academy saving the village from a monster.
Kisai was left alone.
He had no friends, but exceeded everybody in the Academy due to his insane intellect. He even skipped a year. Many tried to bully him because he was the youngest and the smallest., but he played with their mind using psychology advanced which advanced for him to survive in the world where everyone is stronger.
Kisai grew and grew until he reached a point when he started to believe in his abilities and started to not only use his intelligence to get people to leave but also to do things he wanted. He often tricked his mates into doing his chores pretending its so much fun.
He was always anxious that nobody acknowledged him for his own abilities but "as a son of his parents". He never really tried his best because it was always because of his parents so he could't bother. Lately people began to realize and acknowledge him and his ability. He has a goal and its to be the strongest Shinobi and he will do anything to gain power.
