Fighting style► Gentle fists, he will fight often close ranged, taijutsu with the general gentle fists style, however he will normally use his ninjutsu to preform teh jutsu below, aswell as the pheonix fire jutsu from a distances, also he will use smoke bombs to get close to teh opponent.
Kietaku can also pinpoint chakra points during intense battle, sshutting them down with intense bursts of chakra is he is in conteact with the opponent

Jutsu►
Byakugan- This Kekkei Genkei allows the user to see the Tenketsu and Chakra lines in the opponents body. These points and lines allow the passage of chakra. With the Byakugan the user can accurately hit these points and stop the flow of chakra. Only the Hyuga Clan has this power. Its distinguishing trademark is the veins around the eyes can be seen.

Academy jutsu

Substitution jutsu [D] - substitutes himself for a logg.

Doppleganger jutsu [D] - can make multiple dopple gangers effortlessly.

Walking on water and climbing up walls [E] - he can walk on water and climb up walls effortlessly.

Transformation jutsu [D] - Kietaku can turn into another person relitivly well.

- Death mirage jutsu [C] - kietaku's only form of advanced genjutsu convinces people taht their team mates/comrades are dead with a simple illusion

- Hakke Kuushou - Eight Divination Signs Air Palm [C] - a ranged gentle fists attack which sends out a burst of energy to hit teh opponent, kietaku can preform this attack relitivly well

- Hakke Rokujuuyonshou - Eight Divination Signs, Sixty-Four Palms of the Hand [B] he has almost masterd this technique. A barradge of gentle fist attacks, sixty four palms hit the opponent blocking chakra points and targeting internal organs

- Pheonix fire flower jutsu [C] - as used by sasuke, a fireball is sent towards the opponent that will undoubtably burn them to a crisp if it hits.

Story► Kietaku is a side branch member of the hyuuga clan, he carries the curse mark and despite this he keeps a relitivly happy deminer throughout his life, with not much spite towards the main branch.
As a young child he was a relitivly gifted ninja in the academy, exeding many of his peers, all aside the members of the uchiha whom where in his class. After thei massacre his pedistool was raised and he became the msot talented ninja at the academy, graduating at twelve years old he became a fully fledged genin with his team.
ALthough the most talented in his team his big headedness irritated his other team members and even his instructor. They would constintly remind him taht just because of his unique ability's, that he wasn't invincible, as proved when they participated in the chunin exams.
A foolish mis judgment based upon his big headedness had extreme consiquences. In the forest of death test, despite having both a heaven and an earth scroll he attempted to gain another by attacking three yoiung sand ninja, whom not only out numberd him, but also out classed him, he was beaten down to the ground, but just before he was almost killed, his team made appeared next to him, and tried to save him from the sand ninja.
His friend was killed, but in doing so it allowed Kietaku and the third team member to escape. They made it to the tower, but their friend had died at the hands of the sand ninja.
KIetaku swore revenge, but never again came across the sand ninja. He went back into a state of depression, shaping his character and morphing his attitude to the ninja world. Instead of the happy child he once was, the episode at the chunin exams had changed him. After the insident he asked to have a new team, as he couldnt bare to face his old team members knowing he had caused his friend's death

He remains a very powerfull opponent for any at genin level, however is not completly in touch with the potentiol of his byakugan and jutsu control.

he mean, add e-rank, d-rank, c-rank, b, a or s rank.

Add ranks and i know its very picky but.

Could you change your Village to 'Konohagakure'

You have a B rank which is the 64-Palms techniques, ill let that slide as your a Hyuuga and most hyuuga have that at genin.
